“LEAD US” “If I take the wings of the morning, If I go to the farthest sea, Even there Your hand will lead me, And in Your right hand securely I’ll be.” (Ps.139:9,10) “The steps of the godly are directed by the Lord. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will not fall. For the Lord holds them by the hand.” (Ps.37:23,24TLB) Only to be what He wants me to be, Every moment of every day. Yielded completely to Jesus alone, Every step of this pilgrim way. Just to be clay in the Potters hand, Ready to do what His Word commands. Only to be what He wants me to be, Every moment of every day. “LEAD US”. . . His Spirit prompting to do His will. Given to us this day. . . Forgiven. (I Jn.1:9). . . Debt of trust. LACKING WANTING ^ HIS WILL ^ ^ Found in the balances. . . (Teeter tottering) Right & wrong, Left or right? Which way do I go, which way do I go? There is no struggle, push or shove in doing His will, only rest! No force be with you, Just peace be with you. “Come unto me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Mt.11:28) “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I AM meek and lowly of heart; and you shall find rest unto your souls.” (vs.29) “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (vs.30) “Master, we have no idea where You are going. How do You expect us to know the way?” Jesus says (Jn.14) “I AM the way, the truth and the life; no one gets to the Father except by Me.” We don’t get in the way, but on the way. His gives peace and rest. It is not God plus anything. Not Jesus + Politics Jesus + Education Jesus + Religion Jesus + Self No Jesus + and “ ” No Jesus and add on, No hyphens. Our action is an act of faith. Just Jesus! It’s all about You Lord, It’s all about You. “OUR FATHER” reserves the right to lead us wherever He wants. As we pray as He taught us to pray; His named is Holy, His Kingdom comes, will done, Gives us, Forgives us, Leads us and Delivers us. We can be confident that He will lead us day by day through His Word and by His Spirit within us. (Ps.139:10) Because we can trust Him with our lives in this great journey called the Christian life.
